Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Europe and select international destinations. More regions coming soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, the delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Product & Compatibility
Are QO cranksets compatible with my bike?
Our cranksets use standard interfaces (DUB spindle, DIN 5480 for direct mount chainrings). Check each product page for detailed specs.
Can I mount a power meter?
Yes. QO cranks are compatible with several power meter spider and pedal systems. See our compatibility guide for full details.
Can I customize my crankset?

Warranty & support
Do QO products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our components are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Visit our warranty page to learn more or file a claim.
What if I crash or damage the crankset?
We offer a crash replacement program with special pricing. Reach out to our team for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Custom orders are not eligible unless defective. See our returns policy for full info.
