3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties or customs charges on international shipments.
4. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused and unmounted items within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Warranty
We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all QO products and a 6-month warranty on wear parts (e.g., chainrings).

All content on qobike.com—including product designs, images, code, and branding—is the intellectual property of QO Bike Gear or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
7. User Accounts

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Madrid, Spain.
EU consumers may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed orders.
