Returns & Refunds

At QO, we stand behind every component we craft. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Return Window

You may return any unused and unmounted product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • In the original packaging
  • With all labels and accessories included

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless defective, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized components
  • Individual parts from configured bundles (returns must include the full original order)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our team before initiating a return.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or presents a factory defect within 14 days of delivery, please submit a request through our Contact Form.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect
  • Proof of purchase

Our technical team will assess your case and provide the best resolution.

Return Process

  1. Request return approval using the Return Contact Form
  2. Indicate your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, choose one of the following options:
    • Ship the product yourself
    • Use our return label (available on request; return fee may apply and be deducted from your refund)

  4. Prepare the return:
    • Securely pack the item in a boxMark the package clearly with your order number and contact information

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after arrival at our facility for processing.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs or clearance fees for international returns are not covered by QO Bike Gear.
  • Promotional bundles must be returned in full — including any free or discounted items.
  • Used or mounted components are not eligible for return.
